Who We Are

Talk and Pay (TAP) is a dynamic financial services provider and wholly owned subsidiary of the Prevail Group of Companies, established in 2023. With a strong focus on agency banking and microfinance, TAP was created to address the financial exclusion faced by underserved communities across Zimbabwe. Through its growing branch and agent network, TAP provides crucial access to banking services for clients in areas where traditional banks are absent. It partners with major institutions such as CBZ, POSB and ZB Bank to bring banking closer to the people. In parallel, TAP is a licensed Credit-Only Microfinance Institution offering a variety of loan products tailored to individuals, SMEs and civil servants.
